Making Bella proud

I just returned from a group support meeting for bereaved parents. I look forward to these meetings because I get to speak about Isabella and I get to hear about all of the precious children that are missed dearly. There are so many parents that miss their little ones and are trying to get through the day a minute at a time.

Tonight another bereaved mother said something to me that has given me strength in more ways then she will ever know. She said that she looks forward to seeing us (Frank and I) at the meetings because we give her strength. I told her that I promised Isabella that I would make her proud and she said that she already is. These words touched me so profoundly. All I can ask is that I can make Isabella proud of me each and everyday. I can sleep soundly tonight knowing that If I am able to give someone strength and in the process am making my princess proud.

I love you Bella, now and always.

OMG, I love you so much. You're the most amazing person ever.

You made Isabella proud from the moment she was in your tummy and you used to talk and sing to her. I'm sure our princess is saying to her new little friends "that's my mommy; isn't she amazing!!"

The strength and courage that you and Frank have shown during this very difficult time in your lives has inspired more people than you can imagine.

I too, am very proud of you.

Being able to talk about her so openly gives strength to others...I have found that most or a lot of mothers have a hard time expressing their feelings. Thank you for writing so honestly, it's helpful that we can share part of this journey together, even through the bloggy world ((hugs))

yes it took me awhile to get it all too, thats why my site is very plain. To follow someones blog go their blog and click on the white follow bar above all the peoples pics. Once you start following a blog you can click on the peoples little pics and private message them and also all their new posts from their blogs will come up in your dashboard, then you dont have to keep checking their blogs to see if their is a new post.I am already following your blog so if you prefer you can also just click on the tiny pic of me listed under followers on your blog and that will also bring up the option to private message
